Terms of use and policy.

This Policy is a legally binding agreement between you (“User”, “you” or “your”) and this website operator and mobile application developer (“Operator”, “we”, “us” or “our”) . If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a business or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to this agreement, in which case the terms “User”, “you” or “your” do will report to that entity. If you do not have such authority, or if you do not agree with the terms of this agreement, you must not accept this agreement and you cannot access and use the Services. By accessing and using the Services, you declare that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by the terms of this Policy. This policy does not apply to the practices of companies that we do not own or control, or to people we do not employ or manage.

By using the application, the user declares to accept and follow the following terms of use.

Should the following terms change, the user will be notified. In case of non-acceptance of the new terms, the user is required to stop using the app.

Important:

Sportise.tv does not contain any content. It is an automated browser to avoid the annoying opening of pop-ups or unwanted information windows. It is NOT in any way capable of carrying out ANY KIND OF SEARCH on the internet.

This means that the user will have to provide their own content by providing the address of any website containing links to video content that they want to view.

The user is required to reproduce and access only content for which he has the viewing rights.

We do not endorse or endorse the viewing of copyrighted material without the permission of its respective owners.

Any improper use of the app for the purpose of illegally viewing content that would otherwise be paid for, is not approved by sportise.tv and any copyright infringement is attributable exclusively to the end user and the provider used by him.

sportise.tv connects to websites entered by users just like a browser, and is in no way affiliated with any third party site. In case of copyright infringement, please contact the content provider directly.

Service status and service interruption
sportise.tv undertakes to provide a service that is as reliable as possible, but reserves the right to interrupt it at any time without prior notice for technical or organizational reasons.
sportise.tv is not responsible in the event of a malfunction of the third-party services to which the app connects, including those provided by the user as “channels”.
sportise.tv is not responsible for the accuracy of the data displayed.
sportise.tv is not responsible in case of termination of the functioning of some features.
sportise.tv is not responsible in the event of loss of data such as “channels”, “favorites”, “bookmarks” and all settings relating to the app.
The user agrees to have access to the service “as is”, knowing that features may be added or removed at any time.

We use your personal information only to provide and improve the functioning of the app. We process all data on the basis of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), which entered into force on May 25, 2018.

In accordance with art. 13 of the GDPR, we communicate the legal basis of our data processing.

Unless otherwise specified, the legal basis for obtaining consent is Article 6, paragraph 1, letter a) and Article 7 of the GDPR. The processing for the fulfillment of our services as well as the execution of contractual measures and the response to inquiries is subject to Article 6 (1) (b) and the legal basis for the processing for the fulfillment of our obligations legal is Article 6, paragraph 1, letter c) of the GDPR. The legal basis for processing in order to guarantee our legitimate interests is Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR.

COLLECTION OF INFORMATION

We collect your information when you register on the App.

We collect the following data:

Personal information: We collect the following types of personal information to provide you with the use and access to the App, services and tools, and for any other additional purpose indicated in this Privacy Policy:

Name and contact information, such as e-mail address, mobile number, physical address;

information arising from your interaction with our app, including but not limited to device ID, device type, connection information;

Aggregate information: sportise.tv collects non-identifying, general, generic and aggregate information to better design the App and its services.

Non-personal information: sportise.tv may collect non-personal information while using the App. When using, sportise.tv, third-party service providers (e.g. Google Analytics) and partners may receive and record non-personal information from server logs and similar technologies from the user’s mobile device, including the IP address .

We use the standard OAuth2 protocol, as provided by Google to retrieve (subject to the user’s authorization) some personal information from the user’s Google account, in particular name, surname and email address in addition to the ID of the device used and the telephone number. . We only need the latter to create the account after which it is immediately deleted from our database.

Only the email address and the full name are saved on the sportise.tv database, while our internal ID code is used as the unique identifier of the user account.

All other personal data is not saved, but is retrieved from time to time through Google services.

In no case will we have access to the user’s personal passwords.

We do not consider the channel list, favorites and bookmarks that the user will create within the app to be personal information.

How we use your information:

We do not share any of your personally identifiable information with any person or entity, except as set forth in this policy. No other third parties receive your personally identifiable information or other data. The information we collect is used to improve the content of the App.

Email communications: We may send you emails to verify your account and other transactional emails for operational purposes, such as account management or system maintenance. You can interrupt these e-mails at any time by unsubscribing by writing an email to assistenza@sporitse.tv.

We will use the user’s email address exclusively to recognize and manage the relevant sportise.tv account.

Deletion of data from our databases:

The user is free at any time to request the removal of his email address from our databases, simply by sending an email to assistenza@sportise.tv
